1. Introduction

At Mistive Boutique, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.
If the product is not quite what you expected, you may return it within the legal return period or, if possible, exchange it.

This policy explains all conditions, timeframes, and procedures for exchanges and returns.


2. Right of withdrawal (Distance Selling Act)

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 30 days after receiving it, without providing a reason.

The 30-day withdrawal period starts on the day:

  • you received the product, or

  • a third party designated by you (not the carrier) received the product.

After notifying us of your withdrawal, you have another 30 days to return the product.


3. Conditions for returns

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

✅ The product is in its original condition and packaging.
✅ The product is unused, undamaged, and complete.
✅ The return is registered within 30 days of receipt.
✅ The order number or proof of purchase is included in the return shipment.

Please note:

  • Products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (such as opened cosmetics, skincare items, or personal-use products) are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

  • Personalised or custom-made items cannot be returned.


4. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons

  • Products that perish quickly or have a limited shelf life

  • Digital products or downloads after delivery

  • Personalised or made-to-order items


5. Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless:

  • the product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered;

  • Mistive Boutique has explicitly stated otherwise.

We recommend sending returns using registered shipping or track & trace.
Mistive Boutique is not responsible for lost return shipments.


6. Exchange

Would you like to exchange your product for a different size, colour, or item?
This is possible within the same 30-day period, provided the desired product is in stock.

Please contact our customer service in advance via support@mistive-boutique.com so we can reserve the replacement item.

Shipping costs for sending the exchanged product may apply.


7. Return procedure

Follow these steps to ensure your return is processed quickly:

  1. Register your return via email: support@mistive-boutique.com, including your order number and reason for return.

  2. Wait for confirmation and further instructions from our customer service team.

  3. Pack the product securely, preferably in the original shipping box.

  4. Send the package to the return address provided by Mistive Boutique.

  5. Keep your shipping receipt until your return has been fully processed.

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued within 30 days via the original payment method.


8. Refunds

If all conditions are met, the full purchase amount (including any standard shipping costs from the original order) will be refunded within 30 days after the returned product is received.

If only part of the order is returned, shipping costs will not be refunded.


9. Damaged or incorrect delivery

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt via support@mistive-boutique.com, including your order number and clear photos of the issue.

We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible, at no additional cost.
