1. Ordering at Mistive Boutique
At Mistive Boutique, you can easily and securely place orders through our webshop www.mistive-boutique.com.
How to place an order:

Add the desired product to your shopping cart.

Review your order and click “Checkout.”

Enter your contact and shipping details.

Select a payment method.

Finalise your order by completing the payment.
After completing your order, you will receive an email confirmation with an overview of your purchase.
2. Availability and stock
We do our best to keep the stock information on our website up to date.
If a product unexpectedly appears to be out of stock after your order has been placed, we will contact you within 48 hours to discuss an alternative or cancel the order with a full refund.
3. Payment
You can pay securely at Mistive Boutique using the available payment methods, including:

All payments are processed through our secure payment provider.
Once your payment has been received, your order will be processed.
4. Processing your order
Orders placed and paid for from Monday to Saturday before 00:00 are typically processed within 24 to 48 hours.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information by email.
5. Delivery times
The expected delivery times are:

United Kingdom: 7–15 days
During busy periods (such as holidays or sale events), delivery may take slightly longer.
6. Shipping costs
We always offer free shipping within the United Kingdom.
7. Delivery
Deliveries are handled by reliable carriers such as PostNL, DPD, or Bpost, depending on the destination.
If you are not at home at the time of delivery, you will receive a notification from the carrier with instructions to reschedule the delivery or collect your parcel at a pickup point.
8. Delayed or lost shipments
Although we do everything we can to deliver your order on time, it may happen that a shipment is delayed or lost.
If this occurs, please contact us within 7 days after the expected delivery date via support@mistive-boutique.com.
We will then contact the carrier and keep you informed of the progress.
9. Damaged or incomplete delivery
Please check your order immediately upon receipt.
If a product is damaged or delivered incomplete, please notify us within 48 hours via support@mistive-boutique.com, including your order number and, if possible, photos of the damage.
We will provide a suitable solution: replacement, repair, or a refund.
10. Withdrawal and returns
You have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 30 days after receiving your order (see also our Terms & Conditions).
Return shipments must be registered via support@mistive-boutique.com.
The return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense, unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.
Once we receive the returned item, the purchase amount will be refunded within 30 days.
